Catherine Titus

Royal Oak, Michigan native Catherine made her way to California in 1985, trading her snow boots for swim fins.  She is now living her best sparkly life with the Aquadettes where the friendship is fierce and the sequins never quit.  As the go-to gal for costumes and props, she is the team’s Bedazzler-In-Chief. 

Cat learned to swim at her family’s Munro Lake cottage, though the lessons didn’t quite stick:  once she fell between the dock and the boat and had to be fished out by her heroic cousin Bill, may he rest in peace and floaties.

Cat didn’t dive into swimming until at age fifty she joined the Saddleback Church triathlon team…because who doesn’t start a hardcore athletic career in midlife?  Now she’s choreographing artistic swimming routines, making waves in the best way.  And yes…the Aquadette friendships are the best part…but the glitter doesn’t hurt either.
